The Human body has been miraculously designed by God to serve us while we live on this earth. Our bodies have been designed by God in such a way that they will actually heal themselves if we give them what they need to heal. Each of our bodies need; the right nutrients, for us to breathe clean air, for us to drink lots of pure water, exercise, get enough sleep and have less stress in order to be really healthy..
In this section on the body, I have a video called Easy Weight Loss, This video explores the root cause for people being overweight and the easiest way to lose weight. I have another video called Good Food Bad Food. This video can help each of you to know what foods are healthy and what foods will cause you to be unhealthy and be more prone to sickness and disease. The last video is for those of you that really Want to be Healthy. This video explores the root cause for people not being healthy. Too many people abuse their bodies by eating food that has little or no real nutritional value, they drink very sugary beverages and excess stress tears their bodies down. In this video I explore why our bodies are not more important to each of us and why don’t all of us take better care of our bodies?
The Bible tells us in 1Corinthians 6:19-20 that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in us and given to us as a gift. We were bought with Jesus sacrifice and we are to take care of our bodies. That is a commandment and Jesus told us that if we love Him we will keep the commandments. So why do so many people have such a hard time taking care of their physical bodies? Just one Government statistic among many, tell us that 2 out of every 3 adults (68.8%) is overweight or obese.

“How can I be healthy?” We believe that the way to be healthy, and what is healthy for your physical body, is to first believe that you have a reason to be healthy. You have a reason to take care of your body. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 13: 16 and 17: That our bodies are the temple of God and God is living in us. We are not to abuse our bodies because our bodies are where God lives. Paul tells us that our bodies are very important to God. Taking care of our bodies should be very important to us but too often we don’t value our bodies the way God does and so we don’t take care of them like we need to.
